E-MAIL REFERRAL FEES
Instructions to Affiliate Webmasters

 Do you blast out e-mails to real estate brokers and mortgage brokers? If so, you can earn $1,000 to $10,000 referral fees by simply imbedding a hyperlink in your e-mails.

C-Loans^® has an on-line commercial mortgage application system. We will pay you 1/8^th of a point on any closed commercial mortgage loan that came from your site or from one of your e-mails.

There’s just one catch. We cannot track your deals if they come directly from an e-mail. The way we track our loans is that we capture the URL of the referring site. Then we print the URL right at the bottom of the loan application. If the loan comes directly from an e-mail, there is no URL to capture. Yikes! You won’t get paid.

Here’s how we solve this problem. Simply create a little page on your site that basically just says, "For a commercial mortgage, click here". Send the borrower from your e-mail to this page on your site, and from there he will travel to C-Loans. This way we can track the deal and pay you.
